Snapology Scientists : Atoms to Cosmos
From atoms and molecules to ecosystems and constellations, your child will be exposed
to a wide variety of science concepts in Snapology’s Scientists program. They will
be trained to use those complex concepts to build concrete examples that show their knowledge while providing plenty of space for creativity.
Superheroes: Science of Superpowers
In Snapology’s Science of Superpowers program, students explore the world of their favorite superheroes. Students will learn about forces, energy, and problem solving as they build models inspired by Superman, Batman, and all their favorite heroes. Experimentation and fun are crucial components of this ‘super’ educational program!
Wizards & Wands: Mystical Workshop
Step into a realm of mystery and magic where young witches and wizards master the art of “techno-sorcery” by bringing enchanted builds to life. Campers will brew their own adventures as they construct mystical towers, design custom wands, and use engineering to solve the secrets of a hidden wizarding world
Amazing Race : Globetrotters
Campers go on a trip with Snapology around the world to discover unique aspects of different cultures, including national flags, traditional cuisines, influential artists, and notable historical landmarks! Not only will the student be learning about world cultures and developing an appreciation for cultural differences, but they will be competing in fun challenges to test their building and problem-solving skills.
Brick Arts : Masterpiece Makers
In Snapology’s Brick Art and Design Lab class, children will draw inspiration and guidance from great works of art like Da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa,” Van Gogh’s “Starry Night,” Wright’s “Falling Water,” and so many more! By the end of the experience, your child will be able to not only share information about famous artists, art forms, and art movements, but create their own unique works of art out of LEGO bricks that reach beyond the past and into the future.
Superstructures : Brick Through Time
Reach for the clouds as you transform from a curious builder into a master architect of the world’s most iconic buildings. Dive into the secrets of structural physics to design gravity-defying skyscrapers and earthquake-proof bridges that push the limits of engineering.
Motion Mechanics : Wheels, Waves, & Wings
In Snapology’s Planes, Trains, and Automobiles program, children will explore the world of transportation. Students will build models of their favorite forms of transportation as they learn about energy, wheels and axles, air resistance, and more. They will also learn about the history and modern use of these vehicles, and apply this knowledge to their builds.
Minifig Metropolis : Creative Construction Crew
This Snapology program will provide a structure for students to make some truly wild creations; from engineering challenges like making the tallest towers or fastest car, to ones that require more imagination and creativity, like building city or vacation parks. As they are given new building projects to complete, they will be positively encouraged to think critically and use teamwork to solve engineering and design problems.
Robopet Palooza: Introduction to Coding
In this course, children will begin their exploration into the robotic world by building simple animal-inspired machines that are controlled by unique, icon-based program codes. We will teach your little learner some fundamental engineering and programming concepts as they build goofy animals and then design perfect habitats to protect their new robotic friends. Maybe you can’t have an alligator as a pet at home, but you can definitely build one in our classroom at Snapology!
Kinderbots: Introduction to Robotics
Children will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build simple models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design. Whether learning about sensors while building drills and magic wands, or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building helicopters and robotic dogs, your child is sure to have a great time
Developing Engineers : Mechanical Masterminds
This program gives students the tools they need to understand mechanical movement and the importance of simple machines. They will see these moving parts up-close as they follow instructions to build various machines and contraptions, then use the models to develop new design ideas and test out physics concepts. Whether they are the creative-constructive type or prefer the inquisitive-deconstructive way of learning, this program is sure to spark your students’ engineering minds.
Creature Creators: The Animatronic Lab
Dive into the wild world of code as you bring a robotic menagerie to life through advanced programming challenges! Campers will transform static builds into intelligent creatures, bringing dinosaurs to life, teaching mantises to “hunt” prey, bees to seek out specific colors, and dolphins to react to their environment. This program empowers students to master sensors and complex logic, giving them the chance to build their favorite animals and/or make them more advanced with unique behaviors and sounds.
Real World Robotics Academy
Snapology’s Real World Robotics focuses on the real-life applications of robotics. In this program, your engineers will build some amazing & helpful devices with their classmates! They will explore how robots help humans live in the modern world and explore other worlds! They will learn the key mechanical components used in each robotic model, so they better understand how the pieces work together in the final design and hopefully inspire them to resolve creative building challenges.
